Wear An ArtWork Process of our creations especially for you We have a conversation about your needs, and know exactly what you are looking for. We show you a list of artwork with their descriptions and meanings, or you ask for something specifique of your artwork. The first thing is the creation of your artwork, we create three (3) for you to have more options to choose one of them, the one that you choose is the one that we will do the follow up for the scarves. The artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity. At the end, we customize your order, and send it to your address, after you receive your product, we send you the certificate of authenticity. If one day we want to use your design/artwork to create a collection, we give you 25% of the amount you paid. As well you will have exclusivity to buy first. Terms and conditions The artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity. We work with a minimum from twenty (20) to eighty ( 80) scarves in total. The scarves can be in different sizes, and different fabrics. The order should confirm the latest six (6) months from the date you will need it. You pay the minimum of 70% of your order to complete the order, 5 months early, and the 30% three (3) months the latest. Wear an Artwork Preorder This offer is exclusive, you must enjoy great moments wearing your scarf first before all the customers. This option is for family and friends only. Product Preorder When you preorder a product, it is 100% guaranteed you will receive your orders first. Any product bought on pre order will be delivered on time. We can’t refund pre order. We can only save it for your next order. DELIVERY AND RETURN Delivery All orders made through www.luvtimeless.com can only be in specific addresses worldwide. All deliveries require a signature and can only be delivered to the original delivery address provided at the point of order. Should you need to change or modify the original address of your order, please contact us and we will provide you with more information about how to proceed. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed on the following working day. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking details. Please note that it might take some time for the tracking information to become available on the courier website. However, if 24 hours after ordering the tracking information is not visible; please contact us to investigate further. We do not change scarves, please make your choice carefully. Exchange & Returns We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your legal rights. A summary of your legal rights in relation to the products is set out at the end of this page. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible. You should receive your refund within 7 - 10 business days after your returned item(s) is/are received at our warehouse. We do not change scarves, please make your choice carefully. a. Unwanted Products Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an Order with us. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it. We have an item within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last product. Please return the product to us within 14 days from the day you cancel the order, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state with all components. We will refund you the price you paid for that product and the applicable delivery charge but not any postage or collection cost incurred returning the item to us. We do not change scarves, please make your choice carefully. You must take reasonable care of the products until they are returned. If they arrive damaged in any way (not due to our fault or negligence) or not in their original condition, then we reserve the right to deduct the costs for a new product. If possible, please include your despatch note and all packaging intact. We will make the refund directly to the credit/debit card used to place the original order within 14 business days of the day we receive the products back or, if earlier, the receipt by us of proof of the return of the items, or if earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. b. Faulty Products We try to select and package the items as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights, if you notify us that you are rejecting the product within 30 days of receipt. You must then return the product to us (unless we agree otherwise). In these circumstances, we will also pay you the reasonable cost of the return postage. In 2020 I had deep conversations with some of my collectors, and art lovers that wanted my new creations, but at the same time they are planning to move to another city, states, and country like millions of people around the world, one the reason was because of the pandemic COVID-19 , it was hard for most of us to take decisions especially when it come to physical things to bring home or move from it. From that issue a lot of us were confronting, so I came up with the idea of turning my piece of work into something light, flexible, and gorgeous, something that can be used for two different purposes. As an artist, I have the training to appreciate what is not there. “Living a hard time is an opportunity to look for something different, and is key for appealing work” said the designer. Looking for the white space, I started thinking, and talking to family and friends who collect my work, after a few months I made the decision to make scarves.
