DELIVERY AND RETURN

Delivery

 

 

All orders made through www.luvtimeless.com can only be in specific addresses worldwide.

 

All deliveries require a signature and can only be delivered to the original delivery address provided at the point of order. Should you need to change or modify the original address of your order, please contact us and we will provide you with more information about how to proceed.

 

Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed on the following working day.

 

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking details. Please note that it might take some time for the tracking information to become available on the courier website. However, if 24 hours after ordering the tracking information is not visible; please contact us to investigate further. We do not change scarves, please make your choice carefully.


Exchange & Returns 

 

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your legal rights. A summary of your legal rights in relation to the products is set out at the end of this page.

We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.

We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible. You should receive your refund within 7 - 10 business days after your returned item(s) is/are received at our warehouse.  We do not change scarves, please make your choice carefully.

 

a. Unwanted Products

 

  • Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an Order with us. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it.  We have an item within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last product. Please return the product to us within 14 days from the day you cancel the order, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state with all components. We will refund you the price you paid for that product and the applicable delivery charge but not any postage or collection cost incurred returning the item to us. We do not change scarves, please make your choice carefully.

  • You must take reasonable care of the products until they are returned. If they arrive damaged in any way (not due to our fault or negligence) or not in their original condition, then we reserve the right to deduct the costs for a new product. If possible, please include your despatch note and all packaging intact.

  • We will make the refund directly to the credit/debit card used to place the original order within 14 business days of the day we receive the products back or, if earlier, the receipt by us of proof of the return of the items, or if earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. 

 

 

b. Faulty Products

  •  We try to select and package the items as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights, if you notify us that you are rejecting the product within 30 days of receipt. You must then return the product to us (unless we agree otherwise).

 

  • In these circumstances, we will also pay you the reasonable cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to facilitate our processing of the refund for your return postage costs. 

  • We will make the refund directly to the credit/debit card used to place the original order once we have confirmed to you that you are entitled to a refund for the defective product. 

  • For help with faulty items later than 30 days after we deliver, please contact us to discuss your options. This does not affect your legal rights. 


 

 c. Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products
